At Enlighten Preschool, we believe that teaching is a joyful journey of discovery, both for children and educators. We are a play-based early childhood program, where children's curiosity and interests guid the learning process through our emergent curriculum.
We are always looking for passionate and experienced early childhoold professionals to join our growing team. Our teachers are reflective learners who see children as capable, competent, and full of potential. What We Look ForWe welcome educators who:
- Love working with young children and value co-learning through play
- Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and strong communicsation skills
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Approach teaching with integrity, curiosity, and respet for others
- Have coursework in Early Childhood Education (minimum 12 units required) and experience working with children ages 2-5
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development (preferred)
